Terms and Conditions

The terms and condition for hiring the Cambridge Chinese Community Centre (C4)minibus:

• The minibus can only be hired by members of the Cambridge Chinese Community and other Community Groups.
• The minibus cannot be hired for activities (or as part of activities) that are profit making.
• Whilst on hire, the minibus can only be driven by someone who is on the C4 Register of Drivers.
• Driver must hold a full valid British Driving License.
• Driver must be over the age of 25.

The maximum seating capacity (including the driver) is 12. The minibus is equipped with:

•  A first aid kit.
• A fire extinguisher.
•  A de-icer and scraper.
•  Warning triangle
•  Torch
•  High visibility waistcoat
• Vehicle Manual.
• Local Road Map.

INSURANCE
The minibus is driven under insurance arranged by C4. The first £250 insurance access is payable by the hirer.

DAMAGES
Hirer is responsible to pay for any damages to the Van

VEHICLE BREAKDOWNS
A Breakdown Organisation covers the minibus . This includes "Home Start" and "Recovery".

SEATBELTS
All passengers are advice to wear seatbelts and it is a requirement that all children wear seatbelts.

Remember that young children are required to use appropriate seating. At present the Minibus does not provide baby carriers, child seats or booster cushions.
